IT final post

Q1: List 5 things you have learnt this semester?

  • How to make and use a blog
  • How to create memes
  • How to use the snipping tool
  • How to plan a trip on tripadvisor
  • How to edit photos
Q2: What website/app did you most enjoy?

I most enjoyed using memegenerator. I never knew how to make memes and it is really fun and easy to use. It was also great how the website showed you other peoples memes.

Q3: What have you been pushed to do that you found challenging, yet have achieved?

What I did find challenging this semester was finding out how to use websites without someone telling me how to use it. I faced this challenge by exploring the website as best I could.

Q4: What would you change in future Y8 IT courses?

I would change that we got more class time to do the things and that there was a bit more instruction in how to use the websites.

Q5: What other websites/apps would you have liked to explore?

I would like to have explored a simple game making website.

Q6: Get a parent to comment on this blog!

Picture editing

PicMonkey and Inpaint

1.PicMonkey lets you edit photos. It lets you add backgrounds and things onto the picture. It lets you change the style of the picture. Also it lets you take stuff out to make a spot the difference thing.

4. You could use this to make posters for school things. Also when you have a photo for a project but you need to take something out.
5.It was easy to use. It gives you all the tools to use. Although some tools were unable to be used because you had to actually purchase the program.
